A great store in Sintra for all your gardening and agricultural needs. Here you can buy trees, power tools, animal food products, electricity generators, pipes, etc. You can also buy wine and food products made by local farmers. They also hire some equipment but very limited power tool and gardening products. You can also get your gardening power tools and equipment serviced here.

After searching a series of specialized stores and large supermarkets, I went to this cooperative where I purchased a product to promote the rooting of plants, namely planted by cuttings. It is a typical agricultural cooperative where you can find land, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, tools and machines for gardening and agriculture, eaters, feed, etc, etc, etc. Between Oeiras, Cascais and Sintra, it is the only cooperative I know with these characteristics. Easy to locate, it is close to the Sintra fire department opposite a Japanese restaurant. The prices didn't seem expensive to me. I recommend.

Everything needed to provide for the region's farmers or simple fans of domestic agriculture. In addition to utensils for gardening or horticulture, they have food for domestic animals, poultry and other larger animals. It also has a section for repairing agricultural machinery.

The workers are very helpful and friendly, but you have to be careful with the prices!!! In many cases there are no prices displayed on the products and in cases where the prices are marked, they have the prices including VAT and then at the checkout they present the receipt with the value without VAT and only with the total VAT which is added at the end! In addition to not being able to compare the prices displayed with the amounts charged without having to do the math, product by product, the worst part is that in my last purchase, for 3 products, I was charged higher amounts than the amount due/displayed. In one of the most glaring cases, the amount charged without VAT was higher than the amount displayed with VAT, which represented the payment of more than 30% of the displayed value!! It clearly seems to me that there is bad faith in the presentation of prices and now it seems that you always have to go to your store with a piece of paper and a calculating machine!

Most of the products on display are worthless. I bought a bag of food, it was not displayed, the price only increases when paying. I could have bought other things but they had no value. The value of the food I bought was €6.00 more expensive than usual elsewhere.
